Fusemachines Inc. and its affiliates (“Fusemachines” or “we” or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy (this “Privacy Policy”).

This Privacy Policy describes the manner in which we collect, use, maintain, process and disclose information we may collect from you when you install, register with, access or use Squadery Connect (the “App”) or in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and us, our premises, communications sent through or in connection with the App or a contact at one of our customers, suppliers or other business partners.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to download, register with or use the App. By downloading, registering with or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time as set forth below. Your continued use of the App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the App periodically for updates.

We may collect and process the following information about you:

  • Information we receive from you: This is information about you that you provide us by downloading, registering with, or using the App , subscribing to our services thereunder (including, without limitation, details of transactions you carry out through the App), posting material, requesting further services, contacting us, filling forms, participating in online surveys or events, and otherwise interacting with us. This may include information such as your name, age, profile picture, address, email and telephone number, relationship with us, your professional role, background and interests, and information relating to any event you want to attend.

  • Information the App and other systems may collect about you:

    • The App automatically collects certain information about you as you download, access or use it, including traffic and usage details, search queries on the App, information about your computer, mobile device, tablet or other device and internet connection, including information such as your internet service provider, your IP address, location of device, operating system, and browser type.

    • The App may use "cookies" to enhance your experience. The App places cookies in your devices for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your device. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the App. Unless you have adjusted your device setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your device to the App.

    • We may collect the data that users have uploaded, including their profile picture, resume, CV or other biographical details.

    • Pages of the App may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages and for other related app statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain app content and verifying system and server integrity).

    • If you communicate with us (including via telephone, email or other forms of communication), our systems may retain information (including content) of those communications.

  • We may also collect information from other means such as:

    • Your organization (if we have an existing relationship with such organization), or your co-workers or other professional contacts who share your contact and professional information with us.

    • Publicly available sources and private data providers.

  • Provide support and maintenance;

  • Understand how our users use the App;

  • Run our business, present the App, related content and information, and offer products or services that you request from us;

If you are dealing with us within the European Economic Area (or the UK, after it has left the European Economic Area), you should be aware that this may include transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area / UK, which do not have similarly strict data privacy laws.

Public Information and Third Parties

  • We are not responsible and this Privacy Policy does not cover your use of any third-party widgets, features, or websites or links to third-party websites or services. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit or service you use carefully.

  • Our App may include social media features. These features may collect your IP address, which page(s) you are visiting, and may set cookies to make sure they function properly. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policy of the companies providing them.

  • We may offer integrations with third-party products, applications, or other functionality not operated or controlled by us (“Third-Party Integrations”). If a Third-Party Integration is with Google (for example, where we offer Google Calendar, Google SSO, and Google Workspaces integrations), then generally, the data we access from Google is listed in the integration flow, and our use of such data is explained on our integration page. Where applicable, our collection and use of data received from Google’s APIs is informed by Google’s Limited Use Requirements.

Retention of your information

We retain your information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

Applicable data protection law may provide you with rights to access the personal information that we hold about you and certain related information.

You may also require us to correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us.
